We're only able to take care of production and packing. Once the order is shipped, it is in the courier's hands. While we will do our best to help, we are not liable for packages that are lost while shipping and will not be eligible for refunds. Products that arrived damaged will only be eligible for refunds or replacement, when there is an uncut and unedited video of package unboxing clearly showing the package and product. Placing an order means you understand and agree to this.
